Overall, the parties signed 13 agreements on cooperation in education, science, cultural heritage, civil aviation, public service and the fight against corruption.
The presidents expressed their readiness to hold political consultations on issues of mutual interest, in particular, on security and economic issues, involving all government bodies.
The presidents pledged to strengthen cooperation in the establishment of the France-Uzbekistan cultural centre in Tashkent as well as improving French language teaching and teacher training.
Uzbek president was fully satisfied by the organization of the second forum of Uzbek and French universities to be held in Paris on November 27-28.
On the economic side, the presidents agreed to develop cooperation between Uzbekistan and France in the fields mentioned in the road map for 2020-2030.
The French side also supported Uzbekistan's proposal to hold the first EU-Central Asia tourism forum in Khiva in 2023.
The parties also reaffirmed their determination to resolve disputes through negotiations in full compliance with international law and the UN Charter.
