On November 15, Shavkat Mirziyoyev was informed about the work being done to simplify business activities. This was reported by the press service of the president.
In the decree of the President "On measures to simplify the regulation of business activities by the state", the requirements that hinder the modern activity of businesses in accordance with the state program on the implementation of the Development Strategy in the "Year of Honoring Human Value and Active Neighborhood" was reviewed by introducing new approaches.
It means state regulation of the private sector now is clearly defined. These are state registration, licensing and permitting, technical regulation, tariff and notary regulation, compulsory insurance, state control, protection of competition, and establishment of liability.
Based on the analysis, many procedures have been shortened. For example, processes such as notifying creditors in writing when the authorized fund of a business entity is reduced, disconnecting it when electricity is consumed excessively, and placing employees hired by an individual entrepreneur in a separate account with tax authorities cause a lot of confusion. From January 1, 2023, such mandatory requirements will be abolished.
It is also planned to create a single register of mandatory requirements for entrepreneurship. It will be made in two stages and will be fully operational from July 1, 2025. It is prohibited to assign liability to the entrepreneur for claims not included in this register.
Starting from January 1, 2023, the practice of quarterly submission of financial reports to tax authorities and submission of 9 different statistical reports will be scrapped.
