The Alliance of Central Asian Experts was established in Tashkent. This was discussed at the forum of Central Asian experts, which was held on November 15, "Daryo" correspondent reports.
The first deputy chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Sadiq Safoyev said that this structure is the first step in finding answers to the difficult questions facing the region by bringing together experts who conduct scientific research in the field of political science.
Political scientist Kamoliddin Rabbimov said that under the pressure of powerful countries around the region, Central Asian countries are doomed to unite and find solutions to problems together.
“Now a new era is entering the Central Asian region. At the moment, the biggest war in the world is taking place in the post-Soviet region (between Ukraine and Russia - ed.). At first, this war scared many people. But by now, it can be seen that this event is turning into a historical bonus for the geopolitical independence of the Central Asian region,” Rabbimov said.
He added that countries in the region should abandon the system of ruling the government with clans and nepotism.
Sayfiddin Jorayev, the doctor of political sciences, explained the reasons for the formation of the alliance and said that "in today's difficult times, it is difficult to measure seventy times over".
“This team of experts will be independent. That is, not a politician, but a political scientist. The government does not make decisions directly but prepares products for decision-making. At present, it is necessary to unite such analysts on one platform and use their strength and intellectual potential for one goal,” the scientist said.
Rustam Burnashev, a professor at the Kazakhstan-German University, said that the alliance will help Central Asian countries to find common, equally effective and unanimous ideas.
Let's take the border conflict between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. There is a serious problem with this. In other words, the two countries described this conflict with different opposite terms. One says it's just a border dispute, the other says it's a war. If we look at the issue from two poles, we will never solve the problem. This forum, the alliance whose resolution will be adopted today, will help us reach a compromise solution to such controversial issues, Burnashev added.
