Ruslanbek Davletov, who served as the Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan, has become an adviser to the president of Uzbekistan on socio-political development issues.
Ruslanbek Davletov was born in 1980 in Khorezm region. He graduated from Warwick University of Great Britain in 2001, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (master's degree) in 2003, Tashkent State University of Economics in 2007 and the Academy of State and Society Development under the President in 2010.
He started his career in 2001 as a leading specialist in the State Committee for the Elimination of Monopoly and Development of Competition. Later, he worked as a chief specialist and acting head of the department on this committee.
