On November 1, 2022, Uzbekistan Currency Exchange (UzRVB), concluded the maiden currency futures contracts.
The month-long currency future agreements were executed by "Asakabank" and "Kishloq Kurilish Bank" when the buyer is obliged to purchase the currency at the price on the day of the transaction.
Trading with futures contracts, the base asset of which is the exchange rate of the US dollar against the soum, is organized on a new electronic trading platform developed by UzRVB.
