The park is located in a busy area of Makhtumkuli avenue in the capital of Turkmenistan. On a three-hectare area, landscaped flower gardens were established, and replicas of Tashkent attractions were built.

The heads of state reviewed the conditions created there. As an expression of good intentions, they planted trees in the garden. Uzbek and Turkmen national songs were performed. The presidents wished happiness to the young family celebrating their wedding there.

Official delegations of the two countries, representatives of the Ashgabat community, and young people took part in the ceremony.
Earlier, during the visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan, the park "Ashkhabad" was opened in Tashkent. These two parks have become an expression of the organic ties between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. And there was a ceremony dedicated to the construction of the "Khorezm-Tashovuz" border trade zone.

The pre-border trade zone is being built in the border area of the two countries, near the "Shavot-Toshovuz" crossing point. Its total area is 20 hectares.

A protocol on the continuation of the construction of this place and regulation of its activities was also signed. In the area, it is planned to create a modern infrastructure consisting of trade stalls, warehouses, containers, and workplaces for entrepreneurs. This trade area serves to increase mutual trade and activate business relations.

Elders and officials of Khorezm and Tashavuz regions congratulated everyone on this event through video communication and asked for permission to start construction. The presidents of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan gave their blessing to this good work.
