Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the declaration on deepening strategic partnership.
According to the President’s press service, the documents are aimed at expanding multifaceted Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan cooperation at the level of governments, ministries and agencies of the two countries, including:
- Practical Action Plan for 2022-2024 on activation of political dialogue, inter-parliamentary, trade-economic cooperation, and cultural-humanitarian exchange between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan;
- Agreement on the further development of bilateral foreign economic relations;
- Agreement on regulating the activities of trading houses in the territories of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan;
- Agreement on scientific and technical cooperation;
- Plan of practical measures for further expansion of cooperation in the field of agriculture;
- An agreement on the registration of medicines and medical supplies was signed.
