In order to identify talented students, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education has organized the “Eng yaxshi talaba” competition among students with disabilities.
The competition is organized in two stages:
- stage of the first higher education institution;
- republican final stage.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a certificate of honour from the university rector's office and cash prizes of 3 million soums for the 1st place, 2.4 million for the 2nd and 900 000 for the 3rd place respectively.
The winner of the 1st place of the republic stage will be awarded a special diploma from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and a one-time cash prize (30 million soums).
