The Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Jamshid Khojayev and the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Minister of Trade and Integration Serik Zhumangarin have reached an agreement on the establishment of the International Industrial Cooperation Center (IICC) as soon as possible, the press service of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade reports.
The politicians proposed the development project documents for the organization of the external and internal infrastructure of the International Industrial Cooperation Center (IICC), as well as the relevant intergovernmental agreement regulating the activities of the IICC.
The parties also considered the possibilities of implementing joint projects in the automotive industry, the production of phosphorous and complex mineral fertilizers, and the electrical engineering industry as well as the collaboration in the pharmaceutical and agriculture sectors.
