221.1 billion soums of subsidies were given to 387 poultry enterprises in Uzbekistan. This was announced at a press conference by the “Poultry Industry Association of Uzbekistan”.
Over 1,300 poultry companies’ output exceeded 5.05 billion eggs (60.1% more than the annual forecast) and 359.7 thousand tons (60% more than the annual forecast a lot) of poultry in just August 2022 alone.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 434 of July 12, 2021, 387 chicken farms have received a total of 221.1 billion soums subsidies of which 165.8 billion soums went to 230 poultry-producing enterprises, 1.1 billion to 157 egg-producing enterprises.
