Boeing announced that it will not stop supplying aircraft to Uzbekistan in the next 20 years.
At the end of July, a number of media outlets speculated that Boeing decided not to include Russia and Central Asian countries in the analysis of the aircraft supply forecast until 2041 due to the uncertainty related to the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan held a series of negotiations with B. Lopp, Director of International Operations and Policy of Boeing Company, in order to resolve this issue.
On August 6, the American company made changes to relevant analytical reports. The company's official website and its mobile apps have also been tweaked. The US aircraft manufacturer expressed its regret for the misunderstanding caused by the technical error.
Lopp noted that he is interested in the further development of long-term cooperation with Uzbekistan on the development of civil aviation.
