Aziza Abduvaliyeva, a student of the academic lyceum of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, won a bronze medal at the 33rd International Biology Olympiad held in Armenia.
Lazizbek Rajabboyev, a student of the Karakol International School of Mathematics, won a bronze medal at the 63rd International Mathematics Olympiad held in Oslo, Norway, on July 6-16.
Now, the bronze medalists will be admitted on a full scholarship basis to any public university in Uzbekistan they choose.
The students and their teachers will be also awarded 60 million and 45 million soums respectively.
