Two startups from Uzbekistan have been selected to participate in the fifth wave of the Silkway Accelerator, IT Park reported . Starting July 1, participants will begin a 12-week program emphasizing education and development.
The Silkway Accelerator is an annual initiative designed to support startups and young entrepreneurs in Central Asia. It provides opportunities for networking, securing startup funding, and connecting with business partners or investors.
In the fifth wave of the Silkway Accelerator, 15 participants include two Uzbek startups, Al-Chiroq and UYSOT. These startups will embark on a program from July 1 until the end of September, featuring workshops, meetings with business consultants, and master classes. By the program's conclusion, participants will have gained skills in creating business models, scaling projects, attracting investors, and achieving growth under the guidance of mentors from Google for Startups.
