Over the past two decades, the population in this area has grown two-fold, leading to a surge in construction demand. Another factor favouring this expansion is the synchronization of building standards between the regions, a feature not common in other countries.
Lazutkin emphasized that the company’s supply geography would evolve based on market requirements, indicating a flexible business approach.
