Infrastructure Development Engineering Company: A State Institution
Under the purview of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy, the Infrastructure Development Engineering Company is slated to emerge as a state institution. Its mandate is to spearhead critical initiatives related to the construction, reconstruction, and capital repair of educational facilities across Uzbekistan.
The company assumes the role of a customer within the ambit of the social and production infrastructure development program spanning the years 2024 to 2026. Its primary focus lies in facilitating the growth and enhancement of:
- Pre-school educational organizations
- General secondary schools
- Specialized schools
Centralized Procurement Authority
Empowered by the presidential decision, the company wields the authority to centrally purchase essential building materials, equipment, and constructions. Notably, this excludes furniture and equipment unrelated to the construction process. By streamlining procurement, the company aims to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely project execution.
Quality Assurance through Technical Oversight
To uphold stringent quality standards, the company adopts a proactive approach. For every five facilities within a region, it designates at least one technical control officer. This oversight ensures compliance with construction norms, adherence to safety protocols, and the delivery of robust educational infrastructure.

Recognizing the need for expertise, the company has the prerogative to engage both local and foreign managers and consultants. The Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework allows the Company to select the best-suited professionals without the necessity of formal tenders.
