Sellty, a Russian developer of a platform for creating B2B online stores, announced in January its entry into the Uzbekistan market, Retail.ru reports.
Why Uzbekistan?
The choice of the Uzbek market was influenced by the readiness of local businesses to implement modern technological solutions and their interest in automating wholesale sales. Sellty noted an increase in the number of operating enterprises and a rise in the volume of industrial production of small companies in the country.
Impact on Revenue and Sales
As per to Maria Bar-Biryukova, the founder of Sellty, the implementation of Sellty can increase revenue by an average of 20%, the average bill by 10%, and the number of orders from one client by 25%. She expressed confidence that similar results are achievable for companies in Uzbekistan.
Sellty’s Features and Functionalities
In Uzbekistan, Sellty offers a range of features and functionalities. These include automatic loading of product items onto storefronts, management of product groups and categories, maintaining individual price agreements with counterparties, multi-warehouse functionality, and integration with 1C and other tools. These features aim to reduce the time spent on manual processing of orders.
Sellty has adapted its system to meet the needs of local business users. One significant adaptation is the addition of the possibility of mutual settlements in national currency.
