Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov meets Deputy Chairman in China
Chinese Vice President Han Zhen recently welcomed a delegation led by Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov. The meeting, detailed by Saidov on his Telegram channel, highlighted the growing friendship and bilateral relations between the two nations.
Saidov emphasized the swift development of ties in various sectors, citing a shared historical heritage and common goals focused on sustainable development.
"Uzbekistan and China have a great historical heritage and common goals aimed at sustainable development," noted Saidov.
Trade relations and investment cooperation were underscored as areas witnessing unprecedented growth in recent years. The concerted efforts aim to not only deepen economic collaboration but also create job opportunities and foster a technologically advanced economy. Saidov expressed optimism about the achieved progress and anticipated further advancements.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, commenced his visit to China on November 19. Earlier in April, he engaged in talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Sin Gan. During the current visit, Saidov met with Zhao Ide, the party secretary of Shaanxi province, to discuss matters pertaining to the development of interregional relations between Uzbekistan and China.
