In Tashkent, the street artist known by the pseudonym Inkuzart has unveiled his latest creation, centered around the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
In this poignant piece, the artist depicts an Israeli soldier alongside a Palestinian boy, the latter holding his heart in his hand. The artwork is accompanied by a quote from President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, expressing strong solidarity with the Palestinian people and advocating for their right to establish an independent state as per resolutions previously adopted by the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council.
Concluding the visual narrative, Inkuzart strategically incorporates an internationally recognized peace symbol, urging the conflicting parties to find common ground through compromise.
Notably, this isn't the first time Inkuzart has used street art as a medium for social commentary. In September 2021, the artist created a piece addressing the monopoly in Uzbekistan's car market. The artwork depicted a lengthy queue for a car with a man in a red hat at the forefront. However, this image was later completely removed. Both the capital administration and "Uzavtosanoat" disassociated themselves from the incident, denying any involvement or connection to the removal of the artwork.
