In a startling turn of events in the high-profile 'Dok-1 Max' case, it has been reported that the lawyers defending the former head of the Pharmaceutical Network Development Agency, S.K., are allegedly facing intense pressure and intimidation from the investigative body. The accusations were raised during a court session held on October 11, prompting the defense team to seek court protection.
Attorney Temur Rahmatov, representing the defendant, informed the court about the alleged pressures faced by S.K.'s legal team and called for their protection under the provisions of the updated constitution, which safeguards the professional activities of lawyers.
"Dear Court, I request you to retain S.K.'s lawyers," Rahmatov urged, emphasizing the importance of protecting the legal profession.
He disclosed that following the filing of a new charge against the defendant, an investigator had ominously warned.
"I will see to the responsibility of your lawyers."
Rahmatov expressed concerns about the investigator's intentions, questioning whether it was an act of intimidation or a genuine concern about the defense's actions.

"I have prepared a surprise for two of your lawyers. I will show you my surprise at the end of the trial."
