He also commended the current state of bilateral relations, describing them as a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance.

Both leaders expressed their satisfaction with the dynamic nature of the multifaceted Uzbek-Russian cooperation. One of the focal points of discussion was the burgeoning industrial cooperation between the two nations, with the volume of Russian investment in Uzbekistan showing consistent growth. The leaders also underscored the importance of enhancing collaboration between their respective regions. The recent third Forum of Interregional Cooperation held in Kazan yielded agreements and contracts worth a substantial $3.5bn. An agreement was reached to develop a dedicated "Road Map" of industrial cooperation by region, complete with a schedule for mutual visits throughout the year.

The meeting also addressed the well-being of Uzbek citizens working in Russia, with an emphasis on ensuring social guarantees for this demographic.
