Pakistani media initially reported that billionaire Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, had departed for Uzbekistan on a private plane following his visit to Pakistan on June 30.
However, aviation tracking service AviaSpotter has cast doubt on these reports. While Jack Ma did visit Pakistan briefly, he reportedly avoided engaging with officials and the media, emphasizing that his trip was personal. Surprisingly, even the Chinese embassy in Pakistan was unaware of his visit.
AviaSpotter managed to track the registration number of the Boeing 737-8 BBJ MAX aircraft associated with Jack Ma, revealing an alternative route. Contrary to earlier claims, the plane did not fly to Uzbekistan.
Instead, it departed from Lahore to Dushanbe on June 30 and subsequently headed towards Georgia. On July 2, the aircraft landed in France before departing for London on July 4. These developments have created confusion surrounding Jack Ma's travel itinerary and purpose.
