The Almaty region is embarking on a plan to construct a satellite city near Talgar to develop the urban agglomeration of the suburb of Almaty, media reports.
Reportedly, this new city will adhere to high-quality standards, utilize the latest technologies, prioritize environmental friendliness, and provide optimal comfort for its residents.
Authorities believe the project will be one of the region's most significant investment initiatives and can potentially become a major center of attraction for both local and international investments in Kazakhstan. Furthermore, it is expected that the development of this satellite city will significantly boost the tourist appeal of Talgar.
The overall plan entails constructing a new city spanning 567 hectares, equipped with essential social and household infrastructure.
