Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, took to Twitter to highlight the military interventions conducted by the United States and NATO in various countries. He argued that these actions disqualify the Americans from criticizing Russia.
Medvedev asserted that Russia, in contrast to the US, is safeguarding its compatriots. He pointed out that almost every major regional conflict in recent decades involved the direct or indirect participation of the United States and NATO. Specifically, he mentioned American operations in Vietnam, Panama, and Iraq, as well as NATO's involvement in Yugoslavia and Libya. Medvedev also emphasized the significant loss of life resulting from these interventions, attributing responsibility to all American presidents.
