During a recent briefing, Kairat Torebayev, the Vice Minister of Trade and Integration, shared that Kazakhstan's trade and economic missions have yielded substantial results this year, with over $300mn worth of export contracts secured.
To date, five missions have been conducted in Azerbaijan, China, Iran, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam, with more than 300 productive discussions held.
Kairat Torebaev further disclosed that five additional missions are planned before the end of 2023 to assist exporters in international exhibitions.
Kazakhstan has planned to exhibit its national stands at several trade fairs this year, including the China International Import Expo and the eighth China-Eurasia Expo. Around 30 Kazakhstani companies will participate in these events, offering diverse products such as oil, meat, alcohol, flour, confectionery, juices, honey, and pasta.
The range of products is poised to expand in the future, providing a promising outlook for Kazakhstan's export industry.
