A scandalous incident occurred at the World Boxing Championship (WBC) in the Uzbek capital. Kyrgyz boxer Omurbek Bekzhigit Uulu demonstrates an obscene gesture to his rival, Croat Gabrijela Veocica, according to the Croatian Boxing Association's Instagram account.
During the boxing fight, the referee issued 2 warnings to a fighter from Kyrgyzstan for violating sports rules. After that, the fight was stopped, and Omurbek was suspended from further fighting.
As a result, the Croatian boxer won. His Kyrgyz rival did not agree with the referee's decision and did not extend his hand to the opponent and showed obscene gestures to the referee.
