An 18-year-old bride reportedly committed suicide on March 3 in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, General Prosecutor's Office provided additional information on the situation.

Forensic medical expertise dated March 25 stated that S.A.'s death was caused by mechanical asphyxia caused by compression of the neck organs with a rope during hanging.
