Special attention was paid to the development of football in Uzbekistan. Proposals included introducing a "Public football" plan in kindergartens and neighborhoods, a "Football in schools" scheme in secondary education, and a "Student league" initiative in higher education institutions based on the FIFA-developed program.
In order to ensure consistency in the selection and training of talented players, 14 football schools were said to be established under the Football Association of Uzbekistan(FAU), and a national team center for all age groups will be created at the base of the "Do'stlik" stadium. The operations of the training center will be improved, and specialists from Croatia, Japan, and other countries will be attracted, based on the results of the meeting.
A fund to support football in Uzbekistan will be created to develop the industry's infrastructure. The chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the governors of regions, and the city of Tashkent are designated as the heads of regional football associations.
