Uzbekistan Airways saw a profit of UZS 12.3 trillion in 2022, State Asset Management Agency reports.
The company's revenue in 2021 was UZS 6.3 trillion, meaning that the income of Uzbekistan Airways has almost doubled in 2022. Revenue from financial activities amounted to UZS 1.5 trillion (three times more than in 2021).
In 2022, the expenses of the airline almost doubled - from UZS 4.9 trillion to 9.2 trillion respectively.
The net profit of Uzbekistan Airways in 2022 was UZS 294.2bn, which is almost 5 times more than UZS 53.8bn in 2021. The amount of income tax paid by the company is not indicated.
