NBU recreation area in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region was auctioned off on E-auksion.uz platform.
The auction, scheduled for March 10, lasted just under 14 minutes. "Samarador" LLC made the only bid - UZS 76.63bn, or 5% more than the original listed price. The deal is expected to be signed soon.
The NBU put up a recreation area in the Navobod mahalla for sale in February. An area of 31.3 hectares near the Charvak reservoir was offered to buyers at a starting price of UZS 72.98bn.
According to the Unified state register of enterprises and organizations (USREO) data, "Samarador" was registered in Tashkent in August of 2017.
Makhkamov Bakhtiyor Yakubovich is the only founder and head of the company. Two more companies are registered with him - "Vision Soft" and "Euroroads", and he is also listed as a co-founder of "Nek Baraka Plyus Fayz".
