Uzbekistan administrative courts are to have more judicial liabilities

To ensure the effective protection of the rights of people and businesses in relation to state bodies, amendments and additions to some legal documents of Uzbekistan the administrative courts are obliged to collect evidence on their own initiative on the basis of the principle of "active participation of the court". This was reported by the press service of the Senate.

Claimants whose rights are violated are given the right to appeal to the administrative court, along with a dispute arising from a public-law relationship. In case of non-execution of the decisions of administrative courts by state bodies or organizations, court fines are imposed on them, and court fines are imposed in an increased amount for repeated non-execution.

Mechanisms for reaching reconciliation between the parties in cases arising from public legal relations are being introduced.

The law was approved by senators.
