Kyrgyzstan is determined to supply dairy and meat products to Uzbekistan. This is reported by "Economist.kg" citing Nurdin Alisherov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan.
According to Alisherov, the department has already signed a "road map" with the government of Uzbekistan, and now negotiations are underway to open borders for the import of dairy and meat products from the Kyrgyz Republic.
Kyrgyz Deputy Minister noted that the direction of livestock breeding is particularly promising for the country.
Uzbekistan is a new and strategic market for Kyrgyzstan with a population of over 36 million.
