A man, 20, fell into a coma after being poisoned by carbon monoxide in the Tashkent region, local media reports.
As stated, the young man was home alone when he turned on the stove before he fell asleep and got poisoned by the exhaust fumes coming out of the stove. The next day, after returning home, his mother found him unconscious. She immediately called the ambulance.
Reportedly, the young man was hospitalized as he was in a severe condition of coma and diagnosed with acute carbon monoxide poisoning. He received first aid.
‘He is currently on artificial lung ventilation. After the treatments, his condition improved slightly’, resuscitator Umid Sirojov said.
