The Minister of Health of Uzbekistan chaired a meeting announcing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) evaluation method to be introduced in 4 directions - 208 districts (city) medical centres, 14 regional health departments, 23 specialized medical centres, and 11 higher education institutions.
Here are the main appraisal criteria:
- Death reduction among mothers and children;
- Introduction of 10 new treatments and 12 modern diagnostic methods;
- Investment and fund attraction into new treatment methods;
- Installation of modern solar panels based on public-private partnership.
