President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on February 24 visited the "Buyuk Turon" television production factory in the Kashkadarya region, his press office has informed.
Since its opening in 2022, the factory has completed two projects and is planning on completing two more by the end of the year. The company is also successful in reducing unemployment in the region. During the last year, it provided jobs to more than 500 people and this year it is planning to grant employment to 1,500 more people.
"Alp Texno Servis" is the company's name and it focuses on producing goods by designs of other brands. The yearly number of TV sets and monitors produced averages more than 120,000 units and they belong to such companies as JVC, TCL and Zimmer.
The income rates of the company during the last year reached $3mn and for this year it is estimated to double and get to $6mn.
Mirziyoyev observed the process of production and had a talk with the employees.
