The export geography of Uzbekistan expanded by 16 countries within five years from 2017 to 2022, as the Central Asian republic has exported its goods to 117 countries as of today, media reports referring to the Institute of Forecasting and Macroeconomic Research (IFMR).
Recently, Uzbekistan has abandoned cotton fiber exports. Instead, the export of finished products from cotton with high added value has been established, UzA reported.
Reportedly, household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, washing machines, gas stoves, and TVs, are supplied to Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Moldova, and Turkmenistan.
