In case of overloading of existing electric and gas networks and devices in Uzbekistan, it is strictly forbidden to connect new consumers to both systems. This rule is determined in the presidential decision "On measures to increase the effectiveness of state control in the field of fuel and energy resources use".
The document ensures the rational and efficient use of fuel and energy resources and subsequently digitalization of the whole system. Starting from March 1, 2023, "“O‘zenergoinspeksiya” will be able to monitor data of fuel and energy resources of “Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari”, “Hududgazta’minot”, “O‘zbekiston milliy elektr tarmoqlari”, “O‘ztransgaz”.
Starting from July 1, 2023, the National energy suppliers will sign verify online agreements using the software of electricity and gas supply companies or through the national information system “Shaffof qurilish” (Transparent Construction).
From October 1, 2023, the coordination of project documents with the competent authorities for the construction of electricity and gas networks and devices will be carried out in specific terms through the software of the respective electricity and gas supply companies.
