Humanitarian aid from Uzbekistan will be sent to the regions affected by the devastating earthquake in the southeastern regions of Turkey, Daryo reports referring to Uzbekistan's Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).
CCI and the 'Youth is Our Future Foundation' are organizing humanitarian aid to the Turkish people on behalf of businessmen from two countries in Uzbekistan, including UTID, TOBB ETÜ TASHKENT, DEIK, and MUSAID.
The list of essential items for humanitarian aid that is set to be sent to Turkey includes winter clothes for children and adults, tents, beds, heaters, generators, durable canned food, baby porridge and diapers, cleaning, and hygiene products.
The humanitarian aid center is organized at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry in Technopark, 30 Bobur Street, Yakkasaroy District, Tashkent city.
Consignments will be accepted daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. starting February 8.
