Bursa, Türkiye’s northwestern city, held a round table dedicated to Uzbekistan’s investment potential and the ongoing reforms in the Central Asian republic, Dunyo reports.
Chaired by Consulate General in Istanbul and Honorary Consulate in Bursa, the event saw authorities of the Osmangazi district, academics, and representatives of the textile industry, and discussed Uzbekistan’s socioeconomic transformations and measures to liberalize the country’s economy and improve the investment climate.
Particular attention was drawn to the development of interregional cooperation, and key sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan provided to foreign companies with benefits and preferences.
It was emphasized that constructive and fruitful cooperation has been established in the Central Asian region thanks to Uzbekistan’s initiatives, which put an end to a number of issues.
