An online platform for managing human resources launched in state bodies and organizations is integrated with the electronic programs of the single open portal of vacant positions of state civil servants - vacancy.argos.uz and the Unified National Labor System - my.mehnat.uz.
The electronic system is being implemented in all state bodies and organizations, including local governments, from January 1, 2023. As a result, the human resources development departments of state bodies and organizations are free from bureaucracy and red tape, and the processes from the announcement of vacant positions to the preparation of documents on the results of recruitment are fully electronic.
