At the thirty-sixth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis on December 27, the legislators considered the law "On amendments and additions to certain legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
According to the law, the status of the authorized body for licensing the activities on training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles and urban electric vehicles is transferred from the State Inspection of Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The state duty paid for the licensing of activities of training and retraining of drivers is set at around 3 million soums. The laws "On State Duty" and "On Licensing, Permitting and Notification Procedures".The law was approved by senators.
