President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Wednesday (December 21) inked a decree on additional measures to support the export activities of business entities.
As part of the Central Asian country's measures to boost the promotion of domestically manufactured products in new markets through additional support for export activities, local entrepreneurs are offered new benefits. In particular, exporters of textile products will be covered with 70% of their shipping costs when delivering their goods to countries in European Union (EU), as well as to Türkiye, Egypt, and Morocco. The subsidies are in effect until January 1, 2024.
Besides, entrepreneurs making timely loan repayments are allowed to receive extra loans in proportion to the repaid part of the loan.
