Snow affected the number of available taxi drivers in Tashkent on Monday (December 5), as many taxi consumers complained the morning fares on Yandex and MyTaxi were 50% more expensive than usual.
As the taxi drivers said, some could not fill up with regular gas, and others did not want to drive in such weather conditions. According to the media, the average speed in the city does not exceed 15-20 kilometers per hour.
