On December 2, Vladimir Norov held talks with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Development and Technologies, the authorized representative of the government on foreign investments, the co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission of the Economic Cooperation Commission of Poland, Gjegoj Pexovyak.
The diplomats noted that in January-September 2022, the volume of trade soared exponentially by 42%, and in the last three years, the number of joint ventures established in Uzbekistan with the participation of the Polish capital has doubled.
The parties confirmed their mutual readiness to activate economic diplomacy, in particular, to continue joint work within the framework of the Uzbekistan-Poland intergovernmental commission, on the implementation of mutually beneficial projects in the field of textiles and digitization.
