Uzbekistan's Antimonopoly Committee on Tuesday held a meeting with the delegation chaired by the director of relations with state agencies in foreign markets of Yandex LLC.
At the meeting, the representatives of the Russian company introduced its activities and its plans in Uzbekistan with a particular focus on the digitalization of the 'Yandex Go' service platform and the procedures to use artificial intelligence, pricing strategies of the provided services as well as the establishment of the company's representative office in Uzbekistan.
In its turn, the regulator made relevant recommendations on the requirements of the competition legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legal documents, improvement of the protection of consumer rights, and the quality of the provided services.
