The demand for cargo transportation in Uzbekistan doubled, and the demand for transportation outside the country increased by 1.5 times. "ATI.SU" international shipping exchange informs "Daryo" about this.
According to "ATI.SU", one of the largest online platforms for placing orders for the delivery of goods in the CIS Uzbek freight forwarders had the opportunity to directly access the international freight exchange "ATI.SU", in October of this year.
The stock exchange recorded the following indicators compared to the same period last year, in the third quarter of 2022:
- The number of requests for cargo transportation within Uzbekistan has doubled;
- the number of applications for cargo transportation on export routes increased by 145%;
- Demand for cargo transportation from Uzbekistan to Russia increased 2.6 times.
The demand for cargo transportation from other countries to Uzbekistan increased by 49%.
Most of the requests are for the delivery of goods from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Germany, China and Turkey.
It was noted that Uzbek companies faced the need to reconstruct processes under the influence of global factors.
For example, the ban on the entry of trucks from Russia and Belarus into the European Union has forced customers to look for new partners for flights to Europe.
The company opened its representative office in Tashkent against the background of increasing demand from Uzbek businesses for the transportation of goods by road.
