The "Vatandoshlar" public fund and the Foreign Labor Migration Agency met the mayor of Chungchon-pukto province, Kim Yong-hwan in South Korea to discuss the possibilities of attracting Uzbek citizens to seasonal work in agriculture during their official visit to South Korea, "Dunyo" news agency reports.
The Korean officials expressed their interest in establishing cooperation on the employment of agricultural labourers from Uzbekistan.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the Chungchon-pukto province, meetings and visits between the relevant organizations of the two countries, and the employment of Uzbek citizens in various fields.
