Jordan has scrapped restrictions on importing agricultural products from Uzbekistan, Dunyo news agency reports.
In order to abide by the strict quarantine rules of this Middles East state, Uzbek fruit and veggie exporters must have the products free from Pseudomonas syringae pv.syringae and Quadraspidiootus pernicious and sustain 0.5 degrees Celsius freezing for 20 days at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
This clause is included in the phytosanitary certificate issued by Jordan.
