The head of state visited the "Great Silk Road" international tourism centre recently opened in Samarkand that can host major international conferences boasting congress hall and hotels.
Two of the hotels are 5-star and six are 4-star. The total area of the congress hall is about 6 thousand square meters which can accommodate 3,500 visitors.
On the same day, the state leader flew back to the capital concluding his Samarkand visit.
