The head of state spoke about the new Constitution at an event dedicated to "Youth Day" in the "Yangi O'zbekiston" park stating that it belonged to the young people of Uzbekistan where their rights and legal interests are the country's prerogatives.
"Never forget that you are the founders of New Uzbekistan and the Third Renaissance, where people live freely, and prosperously.
We will continue to mobilize all our strength and capabilities so that you can find your place in life and your aspirations to be worthy of such an honour.
Today, I would like to emphasize once again that I, as the president, am ready to create all conditions for you to achieve the plans and goals you have set for yourself," the President said.
