The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the UK, Ravshan Usmanov, engaged in discussions with Neil Adams, Regional Manager of the British company Ethos Energy, to explore potential cooperation in the energy sector.
Ethos Energy, known for its expertise in servicing gas and steam turbines, generators, and transformers, also repairs compressors, turbines, generators, and engine components in the oil and gas sector.
The discussions stressed the importance of a long-term strategy for the development of Uzbekistan's oil and gas, electric power, coal, chemical, and construction industries. This strategy is aimed at ensuring stable economic growth and consistently meeting the country's demand for fuel and energy resources.
Both parties acknowledged the significant potential for collaboration in enhancing energy efficiency across economic and social sectors. They reached an agreement to explore prospects for cooperation in the widespread adoption of energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources, marking a step forward in strengthening the energy partnership between the UK and Uzbekistan.
